Morrison Brothers has a two-week money back return policy (less shipping costs). If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Morrison Brothers, simply call or e-mail us within fourteen days of receipt to arrange the details of your return.
If the merchandise is damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we'll make sure the carrier covers all costs.
In order for you to make a return please follow the following directions carefully:
- All returns must be in new, resellable condition.
- Returns must be in original shipping box with original packing.
- All manuals, free gifts, etc. must be included with returned item, along with the unused warranty card.
- Please do not write on the manufacturers box (If there is one).
- Place the original invoice inside the box and make a copy for your records. .
Please be aware that if you do not return all parts of the item (including warranty card, manuals, free gifts, etc) it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. We have no restocking fees if the product comes back to us in factory fresh condition and meets all other requirements of our return policy.
Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
No items will be accepted unless accompanied by a return authorization. After we issue you a return authorization number, you must ship your return within 5 business days.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
- Videotapes and printed music (books and sheet music)
- Microphones, harmonicas, recorders, mouthpieces, reeds, and any other items you put your mouth on
- Guitar strings, blank media, and other disposable merchandise
- Cymbals, drumheads, drumsticks, raw speakers, and internal ear pieces
- Analog and digital recording gear that shows wear. We will test these items upon receipt for total usage time.
- Any used gear (no returns unless condition of product was misrepresented on the site or product was damaged in transit and no manufacturer warranty)
- Software (this may also include hardware that includes software), unless still in shrink wrap with barcode affixed
- Sample CDs, unless still in shrink wrap with barcode affixed
If the return is required as a result of our mistake, we will pay the shipping charges.
Please note that on defective items Morrison Brothers will reimburse you for return shipping according to the UPS GROUND SHIPPING RATE, through a UPS office, not a third-party shipper (like Mail Boxes Etc).
